Music therapy

Our board-certified music therapists work with clients through music, either individually or with a group, to support their strengths and work towards their goals. Music therapy at Community Music School supports people with neurodiversities and differing abilities through a person-centered and neurodiversity-affirming lense, backed by up to date research and individualized strategies.

Music therapy is a therapeutic strategy used to support individuals with diverse needs to meet their musical and nonmusical goals. Music therapy is a proven research-based field built upon relationships, music, and individual preferences.
