Tediyra Barton-Harris, a classically trained soprano, has been an active figure in the world of music since her youth. While attending the Buffalo Academy for Visual and Performing Arts, her talent was recognized early on when she secured second place in the 2003 NAACP ACT-SO competition. Later, she earned the prestigious Andrew Brown Scholarship of Choral Achievement from her Alma Mater, Buffalo State College, in 2009. Notable performances include her role as Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni and Mabel in The Pirates of Penzance. Presently, Tediyra imparts her expertise by teaching voice at the Community Music School of Buffalo while captivating audiences as a soloist in the Western New York area.
